Overview -- Floor Plan

A 6000sq ft (wall to wall) television production studio with fully operational gallery and production office.

Studio 1 offers a very flexible environment for all major light entertainment productions. Particularly suited to larger audience-based shows. There is a 274 seating block on site, but upto 400 can be accomodated through additional hired blocks. This enables a production to accommodate varying set designs and audience sizes.

Dimensions: 21m x 19m

Floor Area within tabs: 441 sq m, 4300 sq ft

Height to Beams: Working height 7m

Main Access Door: 3.75m high x 2.75m wide

Floor: Black satin finish as standard.

Grid: RSJ 2 ton evenly distributed 1 ton point load.

Electric power: The mains supply for all production lighting is 2 x 3 phase 400 amps

Capacity: Up to 444 inc. crew

Dressing Rooms: 4 dressing rooms (3x en suite) within studio 1 - further dressing rooms available

Showers and Toilets: Yes
